2. Select a shade in the desired level and tone
3. Choose the developer needed to achieve the desires result

Mix 2oz. of Clairol Professional liquicolor permanent hair color with 2oz. of Clairol Professional developer. For high lift blondes, mix 2oz. of Clairol Professional liquicolor permanent color with 4oz. of 40 volume Clairol Professional developer.

Development Time
Process for 30-45 minutes uncovered without added heat.
For best results when using high lift blondes or covering resistant gray hair, it is recommended to use the full development time of 45 minutes.
