Wella Color Charm 40 Volume Cream Developer is formulated specifically for use with Color Charm Hair Color. Provides proper level of activation for effective color deposit without lift. Specially stabilized for use with all permanent hair colors. Great for covering white/gray hair or lightening natural hair color. Use 40 Volume Cream Developer for 3-4 levels of lift.

Mix 1 part Wella Color Charm Color (or any permanent hair color) with 2 parts Wella Color Charm Cream Developer.
Apply to the hair using your desired technique, develop for 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes if additional depth or gray coverage is needed.
