If you are a licensed cosmetologist, nail technician, or salon owner, and reside in New York, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Connecticut, Maryland, Maine, Vermont, Virginia, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, West Virginia, and Washington D.C. you can shop with us at trubeautyconcepts.com, at one of our TruBeauty Concepts stores, or by calling Customer Care at 1-888-371-5040.

In order to shop with us, you must have an account with TruBeauty Concepts and complete the first-time online shopper registration on trubeautyconcepts.com. You can find your account number on your store receipt. If you shop with a Salon Sales Consultant, you can find your account number on your shipping invoice.

On the Login page, click the “I have a TruBeauty Concepts account number…” on the New Users – Register side of the page, enter your account number and click submit. This is the number you will use to log in each time you visit the site.
Enter and confirm your email address.
Create and confirm your password.
Select your existing shipping address or enter a new online shipping address.
Click “Sign In” and you’re ready to shop.
Please note: shopping on trubeautyconcepts.com is currently only available in New York, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Connecticut, Maryland, Maine, Vermont, Virginia, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, West Virginia, and Washington D.C.

APPLY FOR A TRUBEAUTY CONCEPTS ACCOUNT

In order to shop with us, you must have an account with TruBeauty Concepts. Applying for an account is easy; just have your cosmetology license number on hand to complete the application. Apply now:

On the Login page, click the “I would like to apply for a TruBeauty Concepts account…” on the New Users – Register side of the page and click submit.
Fill out all the information on the New Customer Account Application page, including your email address. This is how we will contact you when your application is approved.
You should hear from us by email within three (3) business days to let you know if your account has been approved and to provide you with your account number.
When you receive your account number, go to the Login page, click the “I have a TruBeauty Concepts account number…” on the New Users – Register side of the page, enter your account number and click submit. This is the number you will use to log in each time you visit the site.
Enter and confirm your email address.
Create and confirm your password.
Select your existing shipping address or enter a new online shipping address.
Click “Sign In” and you’re ready to shop.

Please allow up to three (3) business days to process your request and verify your cosmetology license in accordance with our diversion controls. We will call or email you when your application has been approved. Once you have an account number, you will need to register it on trubeautyconcepts.com before you can start shopping. You will need to log in with your TruBeauty Concepts account number and password you set up when you registered your account on trubeautyconcepts.com. Each time you log in, you will be asked to provide your shipping address so we can tailor the assortment you see to what is available in your area.
